Unable to initialize index after abnormal termination

Manually deleting temporary files like '. _ *' can only be used again to successfully initialize the index

rm -rf data/sgk/store/._root.bolt data/sgk/store/._00000002de8e.zap

$ find data_gt/ -name "._*"
data_gt//osint/store/._root.bolt
data_gt//sgk/store/._root.bolt
data_gt//sgk/store/._00000008f759.zap

find data_gt/ -name "._*" -delete
