Recording status in API doesn't update if recordpath is removed #4235

Which version are you using?

1.11.2

Which operating system are you using?

Linux arm64 standard, Linux arm7 standard

Describe how to replicate the issue

  1. Define the "recordpath" for an input
  2. Start the server
  3. Start the input streaming
  4. Enable recording
  5. Remove the storage path (usb drive for example)

The API still shows recording status as being record=true (meaning the recording is enabled, but its not actually recording).

Is there a way to enhance or add another parameter value, so that recording status takes into account if recording is actually happening and not just set to record? In the event that the storage media is removed.
