Lightning Send Flow V1

Working through the changes, still a few details to iron out that I haven't had a moment for... but posting so we can keep this moving.

After the design call, we opted to add buttons back to the Dashboard view for the time being, it made the most logical sense given the current UI. This can be changed in the future.

We also decided to purely focus on Lightning Send in the interest of time, but will be adding On-Chain support after Riga.

Depending if we want to hide the Receive and center the button, or disable the the Receive button. Can also make th Receive clickable and put a "coming soon" message centered on the view as well. Up to you @dennisreimann.
