Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice if multiple servers could be defined and queried. The sign-server could be selected out of those servers. This would also allow for shortcodes to display per server signs on pages.

Describe the solution you'd like
A custom post type that allows to configure minecraft servers and a selector in the customizer to select the server to be used for the sign.
