Doesn't happen with every head.

I know about the heads being upside down, but I will look into items glitching out.

Heads showing as upside down should be fixed. I can't reproduce the items glitching though.

Possibly. I'd say try the mod with just it's self and any mods that you want heads for and see if it persists.
