Support for later versions of LLVM?

Has anyone moved COAST to a later version of LLVM? Are there any plans to do so?

I'm open to helping, but I'm an LLVM newbie so there's only so much I can do. The code in cloning.cpp is giving me particular compile-time trouble.

Yes, it would be nice to update this to a newer LLVM version. I would welcome any contributions. I unfortunately don't have time to work on it right now, but if are stuck somewhere I could try and help.

I now have DWC showing signs of life with some simple C code on LLVM-15. I'm a long way from having anything to share, but I'm making progress!
