Investigating this. The button goes to: https://dot.ca.gov/cal-itp/california-minimum-general-transit-feed-specification-gtfs-guidelines, which appears to no longer be on the DOT site.

Googling around, seems like https://dot.ca.gov/cal-itp/california-transit-data-guidelines Version 4.0 - December 11, 2024, is the latest one.

Link confirmed: https://dot.ca.gov/cal-itp/california-transit-data-guidelines - I will fix this.

Redirect will also be created for people with the previous link.
