Interest Form for GTFS-rt

The Customer Success team plans to use the existing general interest form, as this was designed to allow to automatically trigger one or more internal workflows in Hubspot.

Sub tasks and decisions:

• Decide on campaign workflow for GTFS-rt in Hubspot
• Implement changes if necessary in contact form
• Implement new workflow configuration in Hubspot to support campaign

This blocks work to finish content for GTFS-rt product page.

@vykster Looking at an estimated ETA of the end of next week on the CS side, but that is conservative. We ideally want to edit the form so that there is a GTFS-RT contracts option, but we need to first refresh our memories on what the lift is for updating the form. If that part is simple, we can likely have this done by the end of this week. I have a question out regarding the process for updating the form, and as soon as I have more clarity there, will provide a better ETA.

Form has been updated and the workflow has been decided on. Handing this issue off to @laneymangan, who will create the workflow that uniquely tags contact form submissions where GTFS-RT contracts were selected as something they are interested in. Laney will have this workflow complete by EOD tomorrow 1/31, and that should then complete this issue.
