Add merge object function to people or group objects

Periodically we'll want to merge records (E.g. we have a person in multiple times). It'd be nice to have the ability to pick which data in where fields should be the merged value and to pick which key should survive. Then the stale one can be purged or flagged for deletion.

This was Kathy's suggestion.
