Context and associations

Phpstorm provides different icons for PHP classes/interfaces/traits, the icon theme does not have these different icons

I dont know anything PHP, but do these files have a specific extension besides just php ? If not, VSCode cannot make a difference and use different icons for these :/

This is probably for downstream to use in JetBrains. Sorry, I still haven't quite gotten around to decoupling the icons repository from the vscode extension.
