Through Z39.50 import, UTF-Codes '0xC298' und '0xC29C' (MARC-21- 'NON-SORT BEGIN und 'NON-SORT END') are stored in Titles.

remove them completely during import (Z3950 Plugin)
workaround: filter them when sending data to client
