Context

https://docs.celestia.org/how-to-guides/consensus-node claims a minimum required memory of 16 GB for consensus nodes. It does not differentiate between archival and non-archival.

Problem

We received reports that archival consensus nodes use as much as 32 GB memory.

Proposal

Create a new table for resource requirements on archival consensus nodes. Increase memory requirement to 64 GB.
