Let's not reinvent the wheel if we don't have to. There is a LLVM-based backend compiler for the D language that allows targeting to WebAssembly.

Let's consider refactoring to de-duplucate repeated effort so that we can get to the fun part of actually reading and modifying DBPF archives.
