Create user guide for zero-downtime (aka replication switch) migration.

  • check that api is public and presentend in chorctl
  • step-by-step guide with executable example based on docker-compose
  • think about clean-up strategy. Switch is irrevertible but there should be a way to delete its metadata from chorus.
