glibconfig.h should be in the root of the includes directory #1

glib/gtypes.h has an "#include <glibconfig.h>" which only works if glibconfig.h is in the root of the includes.

madewokherd added a commit that referenced this issue


          Include glibconfig.h in the top level.

I pushed a change for this, but I cannot update the package on nuget.org. Ping @virmitio
