Opening the chat holds down W

When pressing the primary or secondary keybind, it holds down w until you press w again. In my testing if you then press the primary or secondary keybind again, it doesnt hold w, but THEN if you press the primary or secondary keybind AGAIN it holds down w until you press w again.
This is very irritating, if anyone can try to fix this i would be glad.

update: it seems to be very random, sometimes it will do this and press a seemingly random input down while in the chat, I think it has something to do with having a controller plugged into the computer, my theory is it has something to do with disconnecting the controller and then swapping to keyboard. I will do more testing on this in a few hours
