Chat box disappearing

The chat box totally disappeared today when I launched the game and played a ranked game.

I couldn't see the chat box at all, don't even know if I blindly sent messages. It looked like the plugin properly prevented the base chat box to be displayed, but failed to display the Better Chat. Don't know if it only affected the display, and if other functions like sending messages were working (in a blind way tho).

I thought it must be related to BetterChat, and saw on the OP bar that I had an awaiting update for a plugin. Thought it was for BetterChat (I sadly didn't check), so I updated, but it didn't fix anything. I restarted the game then it worked again.

Corzo also claim he had to deactivate BetterChat in order to use the chatbox, especially in Ranked mode.

It sure has something to do with Better Chat, but so far I'm not sure it is reproducible (will take a look tho).
Not sure anymore it was related to the update either.

I believe Nadeo recently made some changes to their ranked chat, so it might have something to do with that. I'll take a look. 👍

Oh, must have said that while it happened in MM (that's the first mode I played), it didn't work either when I went in some rooms to check what's going on.

I see that the update wasn't about BetterChat (21-09-22) but probably Tweaker that waited for 3 days, so certainly not related.

It makes it even stranger that it stayed bugged no matter it was in MM or Arcade mode, and went back to normal only after restart.

Is there anything being done on game / OP start, or that could be broken down while going to MM but won't be recover when entering a server?

Watching most recent alpha updates, only the voice chat implementation may have changed something as far as we know.

The only thing I can think of is there was some script exception. Next time it happens, it would be worth checking the log to see if there's anything that stands out.
