Is this a means of storing the court departments for a court and a day? Is this then joined with the data that holds the names of people scheduled? How are these joined?

I am looking for a way to store courtbot data, hoping that that can become a back-end project, separate from a front-end project, and separate from the module that interacts with twilio.
