Two surveys:

Volunteers: # meetings attended, # projects worked on, # hours worked per project ...
Projects: # volunteers that worked on it, # contributors outside Code for BTV (local and outside VT), # client/partner relationships formed, # lines code written (if applicable) and language(s) used, 'if your project is in later stages do you have metrics about it you can share here that would be meaningful for the wider public'? ...
