Terraform - Cloudflare Registration of subdomain

Basic Information

It would be great to have cloudflare domain management in this repo

Other Information

Value proposition is that during our setup in deployment, we can easily control the IP address of where cloudflare points to rather than manually looking at whats written in digital ocean then copying it in cloudflare.

The other value proposition is we can delegate these setup to volunteers, as they won't need to have direct access to the accounts.
