Should we advertise the Commons monthly challenges? #8

Apparently there are two monthly photo challenges, every month.
In March 2019 the themes were "blades" and "town halls".

Unlike other photo contests, a smartphone-shot picture might reasonably win them.

Should we advertise them?
It would probably require an app-side change (ability to discard a particular notification) because there would be at least 2 challenges going on at any one time.
