What is your problem/feature request?

PR #13400 has been blocked for weeks due to the following CI error:

A timeout occurred when trying to process Conan test package. The infrastructure team has been notified and will take care of it.

No other information is provided to help debug the issue and the test v1 package builds fine locally.
Please help.

I see this timeout in #15445 (comment) also (everything was fine, build was successful, and for an obscure reason build was triggered again claiming that recipe has been changed in master branch while it's not true, now test package fails with this timeout).

The timeout was introduced first to validate the test package only, with a limit of 10 minutes. It should solve those cases where the test binary runs on an infinite loop. Then, there is a retry condition, in case of failure too. Need to be investigated, thank you for reporting.

I've updated the timeout to one hour. It should be available on next C3I release.
