Consolidate all English Strings to the assorted ~/lib/l10n/<.arb files>. #31

The actual English Strings for text exist in many different places inside the app. They should all be consolidated to these files in English. This will then make the translation process easy when it comes time to populate intl_en.arb, intl_es.arb, and intl_fr.arb with actual translations.
