Add automatically-applied tags to posts. #32

Posts (confessions), should automatically have tags applied to them to help add triviality to the feed. Some tag examples could be:

"On fire", applied when a post gets more than x upvotes
"Controversial", applied when a post's upvote-count / downvote-count is close to 1
etc.
