Hello,
I started using registers2p for my chronic imaging. I usually have between 5 and 7 imaging sessions on the same cortical area, on which I'd like to track neurons. Is there an easy way to compare more than just two sessions using resisters2p?
thank you!

Sorry for not answering this sooner - Henry (@hwpdalgleish ) developed registers2p and knows more about this. Julie Lee (@jjlee42 ) also knows a lot about how it works and might be able to tell you how she uses it across multiple days.
As far as I know you need to manually register in pairs, with the "anchor" day being the first day. I'm not sure if Henry has changed the functionality recently though.
