Create glossary page to track official terminology, capitalisation, etc.

I’ve noticed a few places where we refer to the network as “Cudos network” (probably correct), “Cudos Network”, “Cudos Chain”, “CUDOS Network”, and so on. We could do with a glossary page to help the community use consistent terminology and capitalisation when referring to concepts, thereby hopefully reducing confusion for new users.
