Atualmente essa função só é parametrizada pelo argumento tabela_de_referencia. Seria interessante colocar outros argumentos que dessem mais controle para quem está usando. No mínimo seria interessante implementar os argumentos existia_2010, existia_2000, existia_1991, manual, atencao, que são as colunas de depara_muni_codigo.
