Integration not updating

After adding a installation in the Zaptec integration, it adds all entities and updates the corresponding values.

However, afterwards it does not update frequently (update frequency is on default 60), sometimes it is update (once every few hours) but not on a regular basis.

All other integrations update fine and there are no error showing up in the Home Assistant logging. Does anybody have any clue why the integration is not updating?

The most probable cause, as it sounds like the integration is working properly, is that this is due to Zaptec being very slow in updating their datapoints in the Zaptec portal. It doesn't help updating the data every 30 or 60 seconds if the data available from the cloud is not updated.

If this is the case, there is very little we can do. However, I'd check if the zaptec integration is getting any updates from the cloud to ensure its working right.
