Steps to Reproduce

1, export a datasets yolov8-_oriented-_bounding-_boxes
2, creata a new project
3, import the datasets that export in step 1
4, all box will rotate

in step 1, The white dot for adjusting the angle is above the box
but after in step 3, The white dot for adjusting the angle is left the box，When two objects are close together，Very inconvenient to adjust the angle of the box
