Poor Demo Results and Question Regarding COLMAP and Depth Usage

First of all, I want to express my gratitude for your incredible work. I have been running tests and executing the demo, but unfortunately, I am obtaining poor results. Do you have any suggestions on what could be causing this?

Additionally, I have been exploring the datasets and noticed that COLMAP and third-party packages are used for depth. Is there any way to use only the output from COLMAP, or is it mandatory to also use depth data?
