Sudden Change Artifacts on the Right Hand

Thanks for your great work!
I reproduced your work but I find there are always some abnormal sudden changes in the motion of the character's left hand.
And I see these artifacts appear very often whichever character and motion prompts I use.
Do you know what's going on with this? I add some results in the attachment.
