To make the lesson more accessible, heading levels should be adjusted in the episode files.

  1. each page should contain only one h1 top-level heading, the episode title. The episode content should not contain any additional h1 headings.
  2. there should be no "jumps" between heading levels i.e. no skipped levels such as h2 -> h4
