Using v2.1.1 installed via pip in Python 3.7.3, many commands mentioned in the README do not exist or do not work, and some commands don't even work as documented in the internal help function. Examples:
$ putio transfers cancel_seeding
Usage: putio transfers [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...
Try 'putio transfers --help' for help.
Error: No such command 'cancel_seeding'.
$ putio transfers --help
Usage: putio transfers [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...
Options:
--help Show this message and exit.
Commands:
cancel-by-status Cancel transfers by status
cancel-completed Cancel completed transfers
cancel-seeding Cancel seeding transfers
clean Clean finished transfers
groom Cancel seeding and completed transfers, and clean...

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this is some regression or what, but updated documentation would be great :)
