can confirm. i've turned off sync for my bookmarks, extensions & reading lists. no longer any dupes between browsers/machines...but feeds not updating.

WORKAROUND: I add a dupe of any feed and save. all feeds then instantly refresh (but no dupe is created).

I hope the dev sees this!
