Set table headers and table footers

To be able to style the table headers and footers differently from the body, it would be really helpful to allow the user to set thead and tfoot rows

Hey @davydog187 I'm afraid I am not an experienced enough React developer to build custom Sanity plugins, otherwise, I would :(
I use Sanity, and its plugins out the box, and Vue/Nuxt JS for my front end apps rather than React.
