Overflow and non-following header on mobile #81

The header on mobile wraps and does not follow the page down as it does on other mobile sites.

@Racer159 - I see what you are saying as well. I think there are two things we need to do here.

  1. Make the top nav bar sticky when scrolling. This is important for UX and ensuring users can quickly reach navigation without having to scroll back up to to of the page.

  2. Look at ways to make the top nav bar shorter (not so tall and take up so much room) as well as more similar to the the Nav bar UX for the current Zarf docs/Zarf web site. This would require also working on the navigation rail that shows via the hamburger menu.
