I was wondering the exact same thing, nowhere is it mentioned how to invoke the popup menu in the GIF that shows elements you can insert.

No configuration of keys to figure it out either, and the command palette has no clue about this package either.

Did you figure it out how to make the pop-up menu come out?
I like this, but I'm relatively new to atom.
