[new site] Clean up & other

We need to remove/clean up a few things of the new site. James Cobb added some standards pages that we may not need:

• Blog: do we want to have a blog section? I asked to RHDevelopers team is we could publish the Dekorate articles that have already been published in the RH Developers blog and we can but if we do it, we should take a subset of the original published article, or a slightly updated version otherwise, both articles take a hit in terms of search engine optimization --> blog articles removed at the moment.
• Community: should we keep this page? What info should we include in it?
• Downloads: given that Dekorate is not a downloable tool I will remove this section.
• get-started.md: this is not linked anywhere -> link fixed but page needs some cosmetic
• components.md
• contentdetail.md
• Take a look at the layouts folder
• Fix the sonar duplicates

We should also create a dekorate specific google group as entry point...at the moment I added [email protected] as email....
