Issue
The subject and content template of emails to semester admins for comments from students doesn't mention which course the notification is about. This can be quite annoying for staff involved in multiple courses with overlapping assignment long names. Ie.

SUBJECT: En student har lagt til en ny innlevering/kommentar på Obligatorisk innlevering 1
<span class="devilry_email_comment_assignment">Oppgave: Obligatorisk innlevering 1</span>
<br>
(...)

Suggested solution
Add course short name to both the email subject and the template's top span.
