💭 Description

Currently, it is very hard to set up the Devtron locally. The development.md file needs to be updated to reflect the latest guidelines, processes, and tools for contributing to the project. This update will ensure that developers, both new and experienced, have accurate and comprehensive instructions to follow when setting up their environment or making contributions.
