Feature Request: Improve Formatting

Would an improvement like this be possible?

Possible? Sure.

The current output format was chosen to mimic Rizon's Internets bot, though, so I'm not sure I want to change it without an option to keep the current format. (This is a "PRs Welcome™" response, just with extra words.)
