What are we going to put behind /collaboration?

Will log-in to GitHub when I get home. For now, Collaboration is intended
to be a tool for promoting and helping members of the TIME community
collaborate on projects, ventures, etc.

So facilitating collaboration is the goal. I'll write up a couple ideas
regarding how that might work, but feel free to build stuff that would
motivate you to collaborate and help you collaborate with others in NE Wisc
(or elsewhere, for that matter). Maybe also have list of projects looking
for collaborators. Links to relevant projects on GitHub? Project pages that
give overview of project? Etc...
