Dealing with wrongly located errors.

I'm trying to setup Spotless on Wire and I'm getting the following error:

This file starts like this though

 *
 * Blah blah blah
 */
@file:Suppress("UsePropertyAccessSyntax")

package com.squareup.wire

How do I deal with failures where it looks like the error doesn't seem to have been located properly?

spotless-plugin-gradle: 6.19.0
ktlint: 0.48.2

It would happen if I had an enum like

enum class MyEnum {
  ONE,
  TWO;

}

Ktlint wants it to be

enum class MyEnum {
  ONE,
  TWO,
  ;
}

Still not sure why it cannot locate the error but...
