Describe the bug
Not quite a bug, but something that confused me a bit at first about the UI. When adding a new observation and selecting
Add Details
, you are taken to a screen that saysQuestion 1 of 1
and then poses the question. When I first saw this, the phrasing of theQuestion 1 of 1
, coupled with fact that you can't see the text box (or keyboard) without first pressing in the blank area underneath the question, made me think that this is actually a list of questions to select (which just happens to have one question in the list). Also, it seems that the invisible text box only takes up about 30% of the screen -- I remember first pressing my finger on the screen, but just underneath the text box area. I think the text box could be made more visible on the screen, so the desired behavior on the screen is more intuitive to users. Can you do the same thing twice?
The exact steps to see the problem again.

)Expected behavior
Perhaps a stroke outline of the text box, and maybe changing the phrasing of the title from
Question 1 of 1
to justAdd Details
. If there are more than one question, it could then be an italicized note just above each question. But we could opt to not mention that at all (has it been important for users to know how many questions are being asked on the screen?)Smartphone:
