Ability to pause/play during sorting

@codewithjulie Maybe we can add the ability to pause and play when there is a click on the bars container itself. This area:

I guess it's better than having a separate button to play and pause the algorithms. And later on, we can add instructions on how to use SortVisual for easy reference.

@dipanshparmar That's a good idea, I think this issue is out of my league but happy to learn from attempting and seeing someone's pull request
