Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I only want to track a handful of stats, not everything Minecraft gives away. e.g. Diamonds collected, bosses killed and players killed.

As far as I understand the README, I can disable certain metrics I don't want, but I can't disable all of them and then enable certain individual ones again

Describe the solution you'd like

Some kind of "enabled-metrics" where I can only look for certain values, like above mentioned boss kills: minecraft:killed.ender_dragon (if I have the key right)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Disabling everything except the few things I need

Additional context

so far a cool utility and definitely worth a star, so far the most comprehensive exporter for server stats (which also finally includes real stats, not just playtime and deaths...)

Hi @HSoeren,

thanks for the request! Let me think about a good solution the next day(s)!

I found the idea also very good and useful!
