Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If customers are frequently contacting support with the same questions, an FAQ can provide a self-service option, reducing frustration and improving customer satisfaction.

Describe the solution you'd like
To enhance customer support and address common inquiries, we need to create a dedicated help page on our website. This page should include a frequently asked questions (FAQ) section to provide quick answers to common queries. A feedback/complaint box also can be added if necessary.
