Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A link labeled "Investment" is present in the footer, but it currently does not redirect to any page. This causes confusion for users expecting to access investment-related information.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create an "Investment" page that provides relevant details regarding investment opportunities or financial information. Ensure the footer link redirects to this new page. The page should include an overview, key information, and any necessary contact details or forms for potential investors.
