It would be great to get the possibility to define ourself the output name.

Actually we can define the output file prefix in custom theme. The key in yaml theme file is : output-prefix
Also the output folder can be define with environment var DEFAULT_DESTINATION

Is it ok ?

The idea here was to be able to set the output name itself and not just the suffix or the directory.

Ok.
Before we must find the best way to extract non standard metadata.
