When using parade in dist mode tests fail to run due to an error attempting to load a script

The changes in #49 almost work, except the main bundle file, when loaded in a dist build, doesn't actually execute the code again that would register the tests. Loading the bootstrap file instead also doesn't work as it subsequently fails.
